From CS Student to CEO: Bridging the Gap Between Code and Culture
Evolving from writing code to shaping teams, products, and culture across Builder Hall, GigLovin, and OwnPay.
The jump from writing code to leading the people who write it is bigger than most engineers expect. Studying Computer Science at Jessore University of Science & Technology taught me systems; late nights freelancing, building prototypes, and mentoring classmates taught me people.
Software only works when the people behind it are aligned. That lesson fuelled Builder Hall Ltd., where I lead strategists, designers, and engineers helping Bangladeshi companies simplify growth with technology — translating client ambition into products that ship fast, scale responsibly, and feel human.
Beyond Builder Hall, I launched BASH to equip founders with mentorship and partnerships, created GigLovin to champion a relationship-first freelance marketplace, and built OwnPay, an open-source payment gateway so businesses can own their financial stack.
Every initiative bridges code and community so innovation compounds for everyone involved. The code gets you in the room; culture is what lets you build something that outlasts you.
